He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Kell and Florence Kell; his son William Kell Jr.; and his siblings, Florence "Toots" Finnett (George), Burdelle "Sweet" Wilson (Len), Gwen "Ben" Perkins (Don), Arnold Kell (Irene) and James Kell.
He is survived by: his significant other Teresita "Tess" Cervantes of Mississauga; his children, Patricia Kell of Mildmay and James Kell (Shirley) of Kitchener; his child-in-law Anne Kell of Kitchener; his grandchildren, Raurri (Sarah), Paula, Erin (Marc), Travis (Samara), Katie (Jon), Lisa (Andrew) and Laura (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Hannah, Liam, Damion, Roen, Fiona, Olivia and Otis; his siblings, Elizabeth Gaine (Jim) of Oshawa and Marybelle "Bubs" Wilfang of Kitchener; and his sister-in-law Velma Kell of Owen Sound.
Memorial donations to the Kincardine Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
