She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Allan Matheson; her child Kelly Matheson (Josh Mifflin); her mother Janet Kempton; her siblings, Diane Rotteau (Brad), Linda McQuillin, Tom Kempton (Pauline), Mary MacNay (Steve) and Helen VanOsch (Brian); her siblings-in-law, Murdock Matheson, John D. Matheson, Bill Matheson (Laura), Don Matheson (Rhonda) and Darlene Gulka; her father Bill Kempton; and her brothers-in-law, Rick McQuillin and Charlie Matheson. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
