Richard Picard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Picard in Kincardine, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Picard; his parents, Wilf Picard and Doris Picard; his brother Alan Picard; and his son-in-law Kevin King.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle King (Frank Chartrand) and Jeffery Picard (Jennifer McKellar); his grandchildren, Max King, Kelli King, Mary McKellar and Jori Picard; his siblings, Sandy Foster (Gerry), Marilyn Latimer and George Picard (Cheryl); and his in-laws, Linda Forest (Terry) and Steve Kelch (Margaret). He is also survived by extended family, neighbours and friends.
Memorial donations to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
