He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Black and Eileen Black; and his brother Douglas Black. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly (Wayne Pollock), Richard (Sandy), Robert and Tom (Karen); his friend Caroline Goldspink; and his nieces and nephews, Margaret Pollard, Sandi (Sergio Alteri), Steven Pollock (Jennifer Goodfellow), Andrew Pollock, Matthew, Shane (Jessica), Lindsay and Samantha (Joel). He is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews and five great great niece and nephews.
