She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" MacTavish; her parents, Verna Stanley (Hicks) and Samuel Stanley; her son James David MacTavish; and her siblings, John Stanley, Alma Dunk, Georgina Moore, Earl Stanley, Eric Stanley, June MacLean, Betty Stanley and Gloria Ritchie.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff MacTavish (Valerie) and Michele Hunter (Bob); her grandchildren, Shannon (Martin), Erin (Carl), Lauren (Andrew), Nicole (Liam) and James; her great grandchildren, Ian and Andy; her sisters, Shirley MacKinnon, Leona Setley and Helen Pollock (Clarke); and her siblings-in-law, Evylene MacTavish, Eugene Walden and Claire Thuell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
