It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Deborah Pannell (Kincardine, Ontario), who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah (Wayne Burke) and Melissa (Anthony Matthews); her grandchildren, Jessica, Kylee (Evan Koller), Lily, Kate James and Ella; and her great grandchildren, Everly James and Eliza Lynn.
