He was predeceased by: his brother Randy Cushing; and his stepson Adam Lachance (Angela Cushing). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Cushing; his child Andrea Cushing of Barrie; his stepdaughter Elyse Mitchell (Elton Da) of Kincardine Ont; his son-in-law Alex Whately (Nate Clark) of Brantford Ont; his grandchildren, Jackson, Wyatt, Tenley, Marley and Lola; his siblings, Brian Cushing of Whitby, Tom Cushing (Kim) of Sudbury Ont and Brenda Cushing of Sudbury Ont; his siblings-in-law, Karen Cushing of Barrie, Noreen Reid (Colin) of Sault Ste and Nairy Desaulnier (Barb) of Iqaluit, Nvt.; and his nephews, Brook, Rory, Joe, Dan, Steve, Rob and Nairy.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Inverlyn Lake Estates Club House (157 Carloway Trail, Kincardine, ON N2Z0A4).
