Jimmy Sprung Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Sprung of Kincardine, Ontario, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Sprung and Edna Sprung; his brother Doug Sprung; his brother-in-law Keith Hutchinson; and his sister Sherrill Sprung.
He is survived by: his wife Valerie Sprung; his children, Shannon Hawrylyshyn (John), Shawna Sprung, Sheri Sprung and James Sprung (Anita); his grandchildren, Ashley Hawrylyshyn (Andrew), Kayla Emond (Ryan), Heather Taylor (Ryan), Kaitlyn MacDonald (Josh), Tyler Sprung, Dylan Palmateer (Dani), Christen Hawrylyshyn, Brianne Palmateer (Paul), Savannah O'Donnell (Joe), Gavin Kai (Cassie), Colin Reardon, Bailey Sprung and Kylie Sprung; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Nathan, Scarlett, Austin, Leah and Olivia; and his sisters, Marilyn Hutchinson and Janice Sprung. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home (757 Princes St, Kincardine, ON N2Z1Z5).
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
