He is survived by: his spouse Jansje; his grandchildren, Karin (Andrew), Petra (Erik), Moniek (Brendon), Hilda (Geert), Brayden, Danny, Jesslyn, Jake, Brendan, Hailey, Mason, Dax, Michael and Lukas; and his siblings, Wil (Kees), Ria (late Jan), Anneke, Ada (Jan), Cor (Jozien), Peter (Marita) and Nico (Dita).
