He is survived by: his wife Judy Kuratczyk; his children, Karyn McIntyre (Klint), Jennifer Kuratczyk and Paul Kuratczyk (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Oliver, Ben, Leni and Cameron; and his parents-in-law, Sandra Murphy (Andy), John Paterson, Jane Browning (Doug) and Eileen Putnam.
