He was predeceased by: his son Patrick Bulzgis; his brother Andy Bulzgis; and his sister-in-law Judith DeLeon. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bulzgis; his son Victor Bulzgis (Dana Paquette); his grandchildren, Samantha Kerr (Paul), Lucas Bulzgis and Gustav Bulzgis; his sibling Aldona Willemsen (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Susan, Cynthia Willemsen, Robin Riddell (David), Corey Cuyler (Heather), Steven and Kevin McKinnon; and his sister-in-law Sheila Cuyler.
Memorial donations to the Kincardine Hospital Foundation or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
