He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Eleanor Hartwick; his child William; and his sister Gladys Welk. He is survived by: his children, Perry (Lorna), Elaine (Gerard Siroski), Marilyn (Chris Watson), Penny (Dennis O'Brien), David (Kim) and Rose (Robert Lapierre); his grandchildren, Joanne (James), Jason (Mandie), Colin (Mellissa), Caitlin, Jamie (Amanda), Angela, Jesse, Josh, Jenna, Mathew and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Dawson Hartwick and Jaiden Watson; and his sisters, Margaret Kuehl, Hazel Kauffeldt, Lucinda Jessup and Shelby Quade.
