He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Christopher (Melissa) and Crystal Ann (Jason); and his siblings, Richard (Margaret) and Ruthann Turner (Read). He is also survived by his extended family, nieces, nephews, cousins, their children and his multitude of friends.
