He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine; his parents, Robert Kilby and Eulalia Kilby; and his siblings, Walter, Burton "Burt" and Oraley Barks.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Culp (late John), Susan Motz (Glen), Robert (Cheryl) and Heather Brazeau (Ron); his grandchildren, Dave Culp (Amanda), Drew Culp (Lara), Stephanie Culp, Andy Motz (Natalie), Melissa Davies (Mike), Alyssa Kilby, Tim Brazeau (Rachel), Courtney Comstock (Mackenzie) and Allison Jeans (Danny); and his great grandchildren, Bennett, Grace Culp, Eden, Tytus Culp, Colby, Myla, Benson Motz, Corban, Keegan Burritt, Timothy Davies, Rory and Hazel Brazeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
