She is survived by: her husband David Stephen Golka; her children, Tim (Amiee), Tina, Debbie (Alan), Trina (Adam) and Little Ed (April); her grandchildren, Tasha, Tyson, Alexandra (Clinton), Makayla, Eric, Kolby, Becky and Bobby; her great grandchildren, Zack, Aliyah, Dalton and Ivy; her nieces, Kara, Rachal and Allie; and her sisters, Joy (Donny) and Aileen (Tom).
