He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Ted" and Lera Hathway (Maynes). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jack and Maggie Ritchie (Sherrill Maynes) of New Zealand; his brother David Hathway (Fran); and his cousins, John Maynes (Nancy) and Paul Maynes (Donna). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
