He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Yackobeck; his parents, Gerald Yackobeck and Shirley Yackobeck; and also Mandi. He is survived by: his children, Toni Gould (Alan), Justen Bekker, Dalton Yackobeck and Paige Yackobeck; his sister Brenda Stickley (Raymond); his nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Michelle (Tyler), Jeremy, Melissa, Jodie, Zack, Madison Katelyn, Ashley and Courtney; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Liam, Cassidy, Megan and Shirley Rose. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
