He is survived by: his children, Shelley (Mario Garcia) of Woodville, Brian Higgins (Candice) of Aurora and Alan Higgins of Keswick; his grandchildren, Kevin Garcia (Sonia), Kris Garcia (Allyson), Alyssa (James Smith), Madison and Briare Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Niko Garcia, Violet Garcia, Jensen and Grace Smith.
