He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sherri-Ann Laing of Keswick; his parents, Ronald Simes Laing Sr. of Alliston and Helen Laing; his sons, Michael Laing (Sarah Zaharuk) of Innisfil, Christopher (Michelle) of Bradford and Tyler McGuffin (Malvina Kozak) of Mississauga; his grandchildren, Faith, Amy, Caydance and Christien; and his brothers, Brian (Jill) of Texas, Craig (Laurie) of Tottenham and Alan (Diana) of Arizona. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
