He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Kaufman. He is survived by: his sons, Danny and Peter (Margaret); his grandsons, Matthew (Candice), Geoffrey (Ashley), Daniel, Mark (Rene), David and Michael; his stepgranddaughter Jessica; and his great grandchild Charlotte. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
