He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Page. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Page of Keswick and Jennifer Page of Keswick; his grandchildren, Faith and Teaghan; his siblings, Angie (John), Donna, Linda (late Alex) and Ian; and his close friend Susan Cirulis. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
