He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Franklin and Eby (Michael); his siblings, Frances, Alice, Catherine, Jerome and Patrick Eby; and his friend Anthony Steele of Vancouver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
