He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Patrick; his daughter Heather (Mike); his grandchildren, Connor (Kassandra), Mackenzie (Mitchell), Bailey (Liam), Teri (Colm), Justin, Jordan and Jacob (Emilia); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Liam and Aislynn; and his siblings, William Patrick and Betty Chambers.

He is survived by: his children, Michael (Paula), Jeffery (Christine) and Kendra (Tom); and also, Patricia Peacock, Daniel Patrick and Kathryn Koppens. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
