He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Chezzie; and his parents, Lawrence Chezzie and Mary Chezzie. He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Charlotte; and his granddaughter Rayna. He is also survived by many friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice in his memory would be appreciated.
