He was predeceased by: his sibling Peter; and also Crystal Katzmire. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Savelli of Keswick; his children, Mary Jr. (Allen Lang), Joanne Jr. (John Hunter) and John Jr.; his wife Winnie Katzmire of Newmarket; his siblings, Benny (Betty) of Markham, Sarah Miller of Barrie, Mary Wood of Winnipeg, Pat, Eva and Joy; and also, Lynette Katzmire (Dan Kelly) of Keswick and Wayne Katzmire.
