She was predeceased by: her brother Mike Smillie. She is survived by: her husband Allen Rye; her friend Susan Snoddon; her sibling Marion (Jack Wilkinson); her nieces and nephews, Derrick Wilkinson (Laura) and Jaclyn (Mark Glionna); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily and Madison; and her siblings-in-law, Marion Davidson (late Irvin), Dorothy Stevenson (late Newt), Paul Rye, Helen, Alvin Pollock, Muriel and Joe Hall. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held post Covid.
