He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Leah Stephen of Keswick; his daughters, Jessica (Joel) of Ottawa and Samantha (Nicolas) of Ottawa; his granddaughter Louise; and his sister Susanne Fulford. He was also cherished by his extended family, many friends and co-workers.
