He is survived by: his children, James, Kenneth (Erin) and Amanda (Rob Jewson); and his siblings, Debbie (late Roger), David (Pam), Brenda, Susan (Frank), John, Robin (Reg), Roger and Cathy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
