He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Vaughan; and his siblings, Eleanor (Jack Nichol) and Keith Vaughan (Carol). He is survived by: his significant other Betty Guttormson; his daughters, Daina (Mark Rye) and Brandi (Stuart Doherty); his stepsons, Patrick Guttormson (Sandy Owen) and Mark Guttormson (Kathy Martin); his grandchildren, Neve, Mae, Ronan, Meryl, Nola, Zach, Morgan, Victoria, Jamie, Chris, Danny, Will and Kevin; and his brother Gary Vaughan (Elaine). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Egypt Hall (6756 Smith Blvd, Sutton West, ON L0E1R0).
