He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Campbell and Bernice Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Burgess of Mississauga, Neville Evans of Mississauga, Cynthia Thompson of New Jersey, Ionne Thompson of New York and Burnett Campbell of Jamaica; and his close friend Amanda Thomas.
