He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brake (Huntley); his children, Shawn (Eris) of Rockwood, Kevin (Natascha) of Mount Albert and Kim (Jamie) of Smiths Falls; his grandchildren, Jaci-Rose, Isla, Alissa, Ivy, Liam of Olivia, AJ, Brandon, Connor and Callum; and his siblings, Peter Fitzpatrick (Mary) of Marystown, Anna Rose of Marystown, Adrian, Richard, Frances, Anthony, Jerome, Kevin and Sheila. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
