He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Joan Stephens; his parents, Daisy Hall (Ward) and Frederick Hall; and his siblings, Blanche Robertson, Erma Wood, Margery Johnson, Joseph, Arthur and Lyman.

He is survived by: his children, Stephen Hall, Cyndy, Brian Blair and Glenford Hall; his grandchildren, Sean Hall, Chet Blair, Andrea, Hogan Blair, Brianne Blair, Jacob, Evan Hall and Talia; his great grandchildren, Avery, Ava, Asher Ridsdill-Blair and Mateo Hall; and his siblings, Madelene Easton, Elda Jackson and Patsy Rutledge.
