It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Mary Mazepa (Keswick, Ontario), who passed away on November 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Mazepa; and her close friend Ray King. She is survived by: her children, John Mazepa, Lesia Paul (Kevin Rubie) and Roman Mazepa.
