He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Margaret Ann Jack and Barbara Flett; his aunt Claudette Michell; and his cousins, Logan Michell and Melissa Michell.
He is survived by: his parents, Reginald Ashley Jack (Jasmine Mousseau) and Shoneen Flett (Esau Turner); his grandfathers, Larry Mandamin and Duncan Flett (Dora); his great-grandparent Adelaide Michell; his siblings, Hannah Turner, Athena Turner, Ramses Mousseau, Jacob Mousseau, Cailey Turner, Skye, Nicolas, Logan McKay and Brielle McKay; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer, Donalda, Breena Jack, Courtney Mae Mandamin, Rollie and Duncan; and his godmother Melody Bighetty (Mike Grant).
