She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chmeliuk and Katerina Chmeliuk; her son Christopher; and her siblings, Harry Chmeliuk and Mary Derewianko (Alex).
She is survived by: her son Dan; and her friends, Bill and Mary Zabloski. She is also survived by her surviving, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
