He is survived by: his wife Leona Florence Gagnon (Chum); his siblings, Bertha Gertrude, Grace-Anne (Doreen), Frank Roy, Wallace Raymond (Wally), Robert Arthur (Bobby) and George Russell Parmeter; his children, Joyce Doreen Kuhns of Loganville and Ronald William Richard Parmeter of Raleigh; and also, Georgia and North Carolina.
