He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; his parents, Sidoria Mostow and Mathew Mostow; his stepfather Michael Shewchuk; his sister Victoria Cederwall; his brother-in-law Rudolph; his brother Alex (Shirley); his niece Kim Hagar; and his sister-in-law Betty Anne Shewchuk.
He is survived by: his sons, Duane (Diane), David (Glenda) and Dean (Elma); his granddaughters, Leah and Hanna Mostow; his close friend Alma; and his brother Peter Shewchuk.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society in Phil's memory.
