She is survived by: her husband Kevin Jack; her daughters, Angela Ann and Dawn Ann; her stepchildren, Brennan Jack and Leon Sukiennik; her granddaughters, Arianne Cameron and Londin Duguay; her siblings, Stewart (Celine), Ken (Karen), Geraldine (Dan), Mark (Darlene) and Charlene; her son Gary Duchene; her siblings, Marcella, Cecelia and Gabe; her nephew Kyle; and her parents, Madeline and Walter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
