She was predeceased by: her parents, Homere Trudel and Leah Trudel; her husband Armand Chagnon; and her siblings, Norman, Elie and Yvonne MacTavish (Don).

She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Hosea (Doug), Ed (Pam), Arnie (Sherri) and Ron (Val); her grandchildren, Craig (Wanda), Derek, Brent (Kelly), Kyle (Lys), Mitchell (Emily), Jamie (Leah) and Walker; her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Aidan, Evan, Miriam, Meredith, Moia, Ethan, Nyla and Bowan; and her sisters-in-law, Dessie Trudell, Jeannette Hawranik (Trudel), Leah Sharpe and Yvonne Berthelette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
