She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Grace, Nick Kozak, Frank and Kay Delorme; and her uncles, Ted, Billy and Richard.
She is survived by: her parents, Tom and Judy; her brother Brian (Anna); her significant other Dave Burt; her nieces, Brianna (Ryan) and Mia; her stepchildren, Ashley, Riley, Dawson, Isabella, Nathan and Callum; her stepgranddaughter Delilah; and her caregivers, Larry, Sylvia, Katy and Hailey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Kenora Cat Shelter, Dragon Tamers, or the Keewatin Curling Club in honour of her compassionate spirit.
