She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bynski and Sylvia Bynski (Sigurdson); and her brother Bruce. She is survived by: her children, Paul and Valdine McEwen (Geordie); her grandsons, Dakota, Cadham, Fenton and Anders; and her sisters, Joyce (John Longe) and Allyson (Ziggy Magerowicz). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
