With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline De Groot (Kenora, Ontario), who passed away on August 9, 2021 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Jack Jr.; her sister Stephanie Jack; her daughter Danya Jack; her grandparents, Agnes Jack Sr., Charles and Alice Fisher; and her aunts and uncles, Betty, Adeline, Madeline, Diane, Josephine Fisher, George Jack and Joseph Fisher.
She is survived by: her husband Erwin De Groot; her daughters, Alea Jack and Aiyanna De Groot; her mother Catherine Jack; her siblings, Rosemarie Jack, Juanita Jack, Mike Fisher (Diana) and Jonathan Jack; her nieces and nephews, Myrna Jack, Shastina Sagutch, Cassandra Sagutch, Sakura Jack, Shyianna Jack, Akasha Jack, Scott Jack and Stephen Jack; her aunts and uncles, Jane (Frank), Mary, Effie (Earl), Ann Perrault (Ted), Thomas Jack and William Fisher (Karen); and also Ineke De Groot. She is also survived by her mom, sister and friends.
