He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Trent and Jean Trent; his wife Shirley Anne Hockin; his children, Bare Point, Heenan Point, Oliver, Herb (Val), Terry (Lise), Kelly (Ken), Tannis (George) and Danny (Pat); his sisters, Joyce Mealy (Bill) and Helen Simpson; and his sister-in-law Elsie Hockin. He was also cherished by Dad, along with neighbourhood friends.
