She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Yakimovich and Eva Yakimovich; her husband Paul Kosakewich; her sister Rose Stemken; and her daughter Paulette.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy (late Bob), June (Ken) and Carole; her stepdaughter Joanne (Ray); and her brother Larry (Ellen) of Arizona. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID restrictions a private family service was held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Flowers gratefully declined, donations would be appreciated for St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church or the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation.
