Elaine Patricia Favell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Patricia Favell (Kenora, Ontario), who passed away on April 30, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Williamson, Marie Seymour, Thomas Favell and Margaret Garneau; her parents, Thomas Walter Favell and Dorothy Williamson; her son Evan Wetelainen; her sisters, Eleanor Favell (Ellie) and Georgina Favell (Gina); and her niece Karen Favell.
She is survived by: her significant other Eugene Peterson; her sons, Clayton Wetelainen (Candace) and Everett Wetelainen; her close friend Kristen Stucky; her siblings, Tom Favell (Leonas), Wayne Favell (Sheila), Kathy McIvor (Brian) and Glenda Ross (Mike); her grandchildren, Ethan, River, Faith, Arabella, Amara and Merrick; and her nieces and nephews, Bill Favell (Florence), Brian Jr. McIvor (Peggy), Justin Favell (Rachel), Mikey Ross, Wayne Fair (Genita), Clayton Fair, Skyler Favell, Forest Favell, Cheryl Edwards (Stephen), Laurie Spalding (Ron), Rochelle Svihel (Calvin), Michelle Ledoux, Rachel Fair (Romano), Celine Favell (John) and Brianne Mousseaux. She is also survived by many cousins and numerous other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elaine's name made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
