He was predeceased by: his father David; and his sister Tilly. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Litalien; his sons, Sacha and James; his mother Susan Simpkin of Kenora, ON; and his siblings, Stephen Simpkin (Lorraine) of Kenora, ON and Kate Simpkin of Olds, AB. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 244 (26 Beckwith St E, Perth, ON K7H1B5).
