She was predeceased by: her husband Kim Karst; her brother Carl Mingo; and her father Kenora. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Karst, Dillan-Jean Karst, Tobie-Lynn Karst and Grace Mowe; her mother Jean Poitras; and her siblings, Damyn Poitras and Paulette Hamilton.
