He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Redsky Sr. and Erma Redsky (Wahpay); his son Russell Angeconeb; his siblings, Jerry, Cecil, Stanley, Karen and Wilfred Jr.; his niece Cheryl Dubois (Cheryl Redsky); and his nephew Cody Shebagegit.

He is survived by: his siblings, Desmond Redsky Sr. (Cheryl) and Gwen Redsky; his cousin Barbara Scott; his aunt Sarah Borsfai (Grace Redsky); and his nieces and nephews, Amber Redsky (Rich), Luke Linklater (Nat), Storm, Summer Baker (Bro), Herman, Crystal (Gary), Neil, Starla Redsky (Travis), Desmond Redsky Jr., Derek Redsky, Galen Copenace, Evahlynne Shebagegit, Stephen Borsfai, Denise Skoczylas and Tom Borsfai.
