He is survived by: his sons, Christopher, Jen, Ryder, Jax, Timber and Jeffrey; his sisters, Jackie Default (Rick), Linda Clifford (Gene) and Patricia Watson; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Cheryl, Colleen, Dusty and Patrick.
