He was predeceased by: his father Donald Miller; his sister Donna May Chamberland; and his nephew Ryan Frenette. He is survived by: his mother Agnes Miller; his siblings, Carol From (Harman) and Ray Miller (Karen); his parents-in-law, Dave and Maxine Van Dam; and his siblings-in-law, Doug Van Dam (Anne) and Patti Frenette (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
